The Engagement Ring: Bryan Abasolo selected a pear-shaped diamond set within a halo of 80 round-cut diamonds. The 3-carat piece, designed and signed by Neil Lane, is set on platinum and diamond. "I couldn’t be happier with how the ring turned out," Lane tells The Knot exclusively. "I gave Bryan a variety of cuts to choose from, but he was instantly drawn to the delicate pear shape. Bryan and Rachel have a chemistry like fireworks. He knew her dream ring needed the sparkle to match, and he lit up when he saw the final design."

The couple is now planning a small wedding.

Love is still alive for Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay. She and fiancé Bryan Abasolo are still planning on tying the knot just not in an extravagant public way since ABC, reportedly did not offer them a televised wedding.

“It just wasn’t offered to us, and that’s nothing personal,” Lindsay told People. “ It’s like, scheduling, timing, money, all of that. Now I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I have to plan this myself.’ And I’ve never been the girl who wanted to plan this huge major wedding. I wanted to wear pants. I wanted to go to a courthouse.”

Now that all the planning falls on them, the couple has decided to push back the date of what will now be a private ceremony. “Fingers crossed, the first half of 2019,” Lindsay explained.

As for the actual plans, the reality star and lawyer has some things in mind, and being ruthless with the guest list is one of them. “I want very small, family for sure, close friends,” Lindsay said. “I’m going to hurt a lot of feelings, but it’s going to be what we want.”

Before she and Abasolo had to downsize, this bride-to-be talked to Entertainment Tonight about her wedding day vision. "I definitely want a lot of flowers," Lindsay shared. "I'm more big on the reception than the actual wedding. I don't want it to be that long—short and sweet! I want to write our own vows, but also say traditional vows. The reception—just good music, good food! I'll be on the dance floor the entire time."

Hopefully she can fit all of these elements into her new low-key plans, which by the way, she’s totally okay with. “I want to spend the rest of my life with a person, I’ve found that person, and I don’t think that I need to take a year to plan a wedding to show everybody that,” Lindsay said in the People interview.

She went on to talk about her off screen love life and how the couple defines their love. “The way we found love, okay, that was public, but the way that we continue our love is very close-knit to us,” Lindsay said. “It’s goofy, it’s silly, it’s honest, it’s open. We are very much so a yin and yang.”

Lindsay previously told E!News about her fear of taking their relationship into the real world saying, “is this the same person you know that I met on camera?” but it turns out Abasolo is her perfect balance.
